Corpus Clock always has a group of tourists looking at it. It was unveiled in 2008 by Steven Hawkings and is on the corner of Bene't Street and Trumpington Street.
It was designed by John C. Taylor who is a member of Corpus Christi College. It has no arms for the time and is only accurate once every five minutes. Taylor says this reflects how life really is.
It is built traditionally but the spiral bit that the grasshopper goes around is the internal part of a clock.
It is definitely eye catching.
