I have recently been going to Cambridge Regional College's Graduate Salon. I have been going to get the deep tissue massage for my back, as I have a lot of adhesion and hopefully improve my well being. I have been recently interested in reflexology and thought I would give it a go. I had it done and it is an indescribable experience, but I highly recommend it!
It was amazing and one thing I like that whilst the British do have healthcare, it appears they also mix it with holistic therapy as well.
I know what you are thinking, it is expensive here to get a massage. I would suggest going to the CRC as I do or the West Suffolk College.
