Haitch

Haitch another bone of contention for me. Haitch is often how some English people would say the letter h. The reason why this is a bone of contention for me is whenever trends are creeping into the British English language, it is our fault. But if you watch Sesame Street, we say h as aitch.

Here is a great video so you can see what I am talking about. Some people suggest that this is a class issue and those that favour haitch  to aitch are of a lower class. But its not our fault!

Based on this video, they can't agree amongst themselves!
