The Budget has been in the news and its another one of the traditions that the English do.
Every year the Chancellor of the Exchequer goes to the Prime Minister's residence (10 Downing Street) with the budget box (red leather briefcase).
He gives a speech at the House of Commons about how the money will be spent in the upcoming year.
