As i may have stated, I am doing a history degree at the moment. My focus is on Modern European Studies which I thought might be handy as I already over here. So I was doing one of my assignments about artifacts and came across a wedding dress from Massachusetts in 1785. When I saw that the dress was not white, it reminded me that white wedding dresses only really came into fashion with Queen Victoria.in 1840.
